About Us

The BVK is a non-profit organization that had its beginnings in 1981. Rabbi Yirmiyahu Kaganoff was its first rabbi. Since then, it has grown into a highly respected kashrus-certifying organization with local, regional and national clients.

We are proud to be a member of The Association of Kashrus Organizations (AKO), an umbrella group dedicated to maintaining the highest level of kashrus.
